Jordon Hansen has been a dedicated professional in the auction industry since 2006, gaining valuable experience while working for various auction companies.
In 2019, Jordon attended the World Wide College of Auctioneering, driven by his desire to deepen his expertise in the industry and refine his bid-calling skills. After completing his training, he continued working for other companies, further enhancing his knowledge of the business and becoming proficient in online auction software.
Recognizing the rapid growth of the online auction industry, Jordon founded Hansen Auction Service in August 2020. The company quickly gained traction, thanks to its exceptional customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology while staying ahead of emerging industry trends.
Jordon's dedication to excellence has earned him several accolades. In February 2022, he was named the Iowa State Ringperson Champion at the Iowa Auctioneer Association competition. Later that year, in June 2022, he competed in the World Automobile Auctioneers Championship and distinguished himself as a finalist, finishing 8th overall.
In February 2023, Jordon was elected to the Board of Directors for the Iowa Auctioneers Association for a one-year term. His peers reaffirmed their confidence in his leadership in January 2024 by electing him to a two-year term on the board. Additionally, Jordon’s innovative approach to marketing was recognized with a marketing award at the Iowa Auctioneers Association Convention and contest.
With nearly two decades of experience and a passion for the auction industry, Jordon Hansen continues to lead Hansen Auction Service with a focus on delivering outstanding results for clients and embracing the ever-evolving auction landscape.
